    It goes without saying that organisations need to be able to access the widest possible range of talent to enable them to achieve their purpose. However, many of us allow unconscious bias to filter our perceptions of others and as a consequence the potential in relationships remains unfulfilled. At one level this presents a waste or missed opportunity: at another level it allows discrimination and our preconceptions to perpetuate inequality. I focus my own work on helping people to raise their levels of awareness enabling them to be at their best more of the time.
