How Inclusive Leaders Give Quality Feedback
The purpose of this half-day seminar is to help managers understand the benefit of preparing for and giving regular feedback. During the workshop they will be introduced to a useful feedback model and will be provided with the opportunity to try it and receive feedback for their own learning.
On completion of the seminar participants will:
- Have a clear understanding of what feedback is and isn’t
- Add to their bank of tools and models to enable them to manage their teams more effectively
- Recognise the power of assumptions, beliefs and perception and how they affect feedback
