How Inclusive Leaders Give Quality Feedback
The purpose of this development offering is to help managers understand the benefit of preparing for and giving regular feedback. During the curriculum they will be introduced to a useful feedback model and will be provided with the opportunity to try it and receive feedback for their own learning.
On completion of the curriculum participants will:
- Have a clear understanding of what feedback is and isn’t
- Add to their bank of tools and models to enable them to manage their teams more effectively
- Recognise the power of assumptions, beliefs and perception and how they affect feedback
